The LXY series cross tables have the advantage of a direct drive system with no backlash, which can be controlled with great accuracy and repeatability.

The stages come standard with an encoder resolution of 5µm, but have the option of up to 50nm for ultra-precise positioning and scanning in industries such as life sciences, medicine and photonics. They are also used for quality measurement in the automotive industry and other industrial applications. The ability to control speed, acceleration, positioning and force independently on both axes gives you a flexible and precise tool.
