Information from Antrimon Group AG

During the course of the year, our Board of Directors was expanded:

Dr Andreas Kuhn has been a member of the Board of Directors since June 2022. Andreas will advise and support our company in the area of acquisition and sales of mechatronic system solutions. Previously, he was CTO and member of the management board of a large engineering service provider, where he was responsible for the solution business in Switzerland. His team consisted of 10 solution managers who were responsible for the acquisition and delivery of large system projects. Andreas now runs his own company in the field of solar technology. He studied electrical engineering at the ETH Zurich and received his PhD in biomedical and rehabilitation engineering in 2008. We are looking forward to his active support. 

Dr Gery Colombo has been a member of the Board of Directors since September 2022. Gery will advise and support our company in the development of the medical technology and life sciences sector, among other things. He was the founder and CEO of Hocoma AG in Volketswil for many years, the world market leader in the field of rehabilitation robotics. Awards such as the Swiss Economic Award, Entrepreneur of the year Ernst & Young and others distinguish Gery. Today he is an expert at Innosuisse and holds various board and advisory board mandates. He studied electrical engineering in the field of biomedical technology at the ETH Zurich and received his doctorate in 2001 with the development of the walking robot "Lokomat", which he subsequently turned from a start-up into a world market leader. We are looking forward to his active support too. 

With the two new board members, we want to further advance our vision as a "leading supplier of innovative mechatronic systems - from a single source". We will continue to gain technological focus with three independent business units: Drive Technology, Engineering and Assembling.  On the front end, we will place an emphasis on medical technology.

In mid-2021, after 18 years as founder and CEO of Antrimon Group AG, Mr Stefan T. Schimon delegated the operational management to his management team (we reported on this), but remains Chairman and owner as before. Since then, he has served as a member of the board of directors and advisory board in various robotics and automation companies. He remains involved in the industry as President of Swiss Mechatronic and as a member of the Research Commission of the Canton of Aargau. Stefan studied electrical engineering at the HTL Brugg-Windisch (today FHNW), holds an EMBA FH and is a certified board member. 

Mr. Stefan T. Schimon, together with the two new board members of Antrimon Group AG and Patric Könner as interim manager, is now looking forward to taking the company another big step closer to its mechatronic future and to its goal: Leading supplier of innovative mechatronic systems - from a single source.
