Safety in case of torque overloads

Safety clutches operate as spring-loaded positive clutches. They protect components (motors, gearboxes, spindles) from damage caused, for example, by blocking or overloading. We distinguish between angle-synchronous, engaging, disengaging and locked function systems. Also available in ATEX design.
