Cost-effective, low-friction spline shafts and guide rails with long service life

The anti-rotation sliding guides allow radial and axial directions of movement. They are an alternative to hexagonal and square profile recirculating ball bearing guides and consist of a TFE-coated stainless steel shaft and a plastic bushing.

SS and SZ splined shafts are made of stainless steel and can be coated with TFE coatings Kerkote® or Black Ice®. Splined shafts provide a rotary lock for one axis of motion or a drive mechanism with rotary motion for two axes of motion. The bushing is supplied with an integral brass ring to allow various mounting options without twisting the nuts.

The GR guide rails are the perfect choice for low load applications that require minimal frictional resistance, low cost and long lasting durability. They feature a burnished, centreless ground stainless steel shaft and a thermoplastic bushing filled with graphite and PTFE.
