Merger strengthens competitiveness

With this step, Antrimon will further expand its position as a leading provider of innovative and sustainable mechatronic systems and is well prepared for the planned growth in the future. Customers will benefit from the expansion of additional technologies and production capacities - from a single source with Swiss-made quality.

"I am very pleased as I have been able to achieve two goals at once in this way," says Stefan Schimon at the new group's employee information event. "Firstly, this merger will strengthen the competitiveness of Antrimon and its employees, and secondly, my role as owner of the company has been sustainably resolved." Stefan Schimon will contribute his extensive knowledge and many years of experience as a shareholder and member of the Board of Directors of the SwissFactory.Group.

The company, headquartered in Neuenegg near Bern, was founded in November 2020.
